Gillian Proctor-Ronald is a Registered Dietitian and the owner of Fuel Nutrition Consulting. Her company is based on the belief that good nutrition is the backbone of overall health and wellness. Paired with physical activity and the proper nutrients, your body can take you anywhere in life you want to go. Her motto is “Fuel your body, fuel your life”.
Fuel Nutrition focuses on making healthy nutrition easy, enjoyable and adaptable into your current lifestyle. The goal is to work with clients to help them understand what nutrients are the most important in their day, and to develop a nutritional plan that is realistic and sustainable.
Gillian is looking forward to her new endeavour pairing up with Back & Body Health’s chiropractors and massage therapists, assisting clients with living their most active and fulfilled lifestyles.

Fuel Your Body Initial Nutrition Consultation
- One-on-One time with a Registered Dietitian
- 1 hour initial session and 45 minute follow-up session
- Computerized analysis of your current diet including nutrient summary reports
- Individual nutrition recommendations and goals
- 7 days of meal plans with recipes
- Fuel Nutrition Resource Package
Your computerized diet analysis will be completed before you meet with the Registered Dietitian. This analysis allows the Dietitian to pinpoint any nutritional deficiencies you may have and highlight specific areas that may need to be improved on.
You will receive advice on how to maximize, plan and balance your nutritional intake. The Fuel Nutrition Resource Package will include; a recap of the topics discussed in your session, additional relevant nutrition information and meal and snack ideas.
