GENERAL SUMMARY:

Back & Body Health, a multidisciplinary clinic, focuses on a team approach and provides patients a combination of Active Release Techniques , Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy and/or Acupuncture.

Back & Body Health has two locations: our main office is located downtown (4th St. & 17th Ave SW) and our satellite clinic is in a private gym in the Southeast (off Blackfoot Trail).

Currently we have two Chiropractors, one Acupuncturist and one Massage Therapist and are looking for two more Massage Therapists to join our busy clinic. Early evening and Saturday appointments at our downtown location are available – and have proved to be an asset as they book weeks in advance.

MASSAGE THERAPY CLIENTS INCLUDE:

  • Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage
  • Sports Massage
  • Prenatal Massage

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successful completion of 1000+ Massage Therapy program
  • Member of NHPCA or MTAA
  • City of Calgary Massage License

FAIR SHARED SPACE WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Treatment room, office administration, website referrals & advertising provided
  • Linens/Lotion/Table to be supplied by RMT

SUCCESS FACTORS:

  • Good organizational skills
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and work with patients, staff and Physicians
  • Must maintain confidentiality with patients and patient accounts
  • Teamwork is essential at Back & Body Health; the applicant should enjoy and be able to work well in this type of environment.
