Julie Popadynetz

Julie graduated in 2002 from the 2,200-hour program at Foothills College of Massage Therapy. She brings a variety of techniques to her therapeutic, pre-natal and relaxation massage treatments.

In her free time, Julie plays, coaches and umpires field hockey year-round. She also enjoys spending time outdoors and with family and friends.

Julie is currently working at Back & Body Health's Altadore/Marda Loop location every Mondays, Fridays and alternate Wednesdays and Saturdays. Julie also is at our Training Centre location on Tuesdays.

 


Corey Batt
RMT

Corey graduated from the Foothills College of Massage Therapy and his schooling has provided him the ability to treat many conditions by utilizing a variety of Massage techniques. Over the years his treatment approach has focused upon deep tissue and therapeutic massage.

Prior to his career in Massage Therapy his work in the construction industry allowed him to travel throughout Western Canada. In his spare time Corey enjoys taking part in a number of outdoor sports and activities.

Corey is currently working at Back & Body Health's Altadore/Marda Loop location on Tuesdays, Thursdays and alternate Wednesdays and Saturdays. Corey also is at our Training Centre location on Mondays and Fridays.

Chantelle Brown
RMT

Chantelle is a graduate of the Mount Royal College Massage Therapy Program and is also BPE graduate from University of Calgary. She incorporates her knowledge of anatomy and physiology and biomechanics into her therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments. As a competitive athlete in the past in sports such as speed skating, running and mountain biking she tries to transfer this knowledge and understanding of sports into her treatments.

Chantelle enjoys staying active with her husband and 2 yr old daughter biking and camping.

Chantelle is currently working at Back & Body Health's Altadore/Marda Loop location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Shanelle Prasad
RMT

Shanelle graduated from Mount Royal’s Massage Therapy Program in 2005 and uses a variety of techniques to treat many conditions. Working frequently with dancers, runners, and other athletes, she incorporates anatomy and physiology knowledge into her treatments.

Outside of work, Shanelle enjoys taking part in yoga, rollerblading, and tennis and spending time outside whenever the sun is shining.

Shantelle is currently working at Back & Body Health's Altadore/Marda Loop location on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Angela Vernelli
RMT

Angela graduated from a 2200 hour program at Everest College in Ottawa, Ontario in 2007. She uses a variety of Swedish and advanced techniques during her therapeutic, deep tissue and relaxation massages.

Angela strongly believes that there are great benefits to be achieved through regular massage therapy treatments as it can enhance your overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being as well as your quality of life.

Angela is currently working at Back & Body Health's Altadore/Marda Loop location on Fridays and Saturdays.
